Now starting our 6th year, REAL ESTAGING has grown and now has a staff of talented design professionals who know the business & art of real estate staging. 

We know the importance of SEEING a property before staging it. We perform on-site property evaluations to determine just what, if any, level of staging services are required.

We understand how to apply style, scale, proportion, color, and flow so that a property looks its best and sells quickly.

We have built an extensive Staging Prop Library with nearly 5,000 decorative accessories that allow our Property Stylists to select just the right props that subtly blend in, yet still enhance the property’s overall appeal.  

Our work doesn't stop with the physical staging, we also include a unique suite of marketing services that pro-actively help the Home Seller and Realtor advertise and market the property.

It's no secret,  the metro Chicago staged homes we have worked in show like model homes. We don't "dabble" in staging... we do it!

We offer 5 Levels of Service to accommodate every listing scenario....

1.    CONSULT / REPORT:  A stager visits a Seller's property to instruct & direct on what must be done to best ready the property for market.

2.    REARRANGE:  A stager visits a Seller's property and uses existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best impact possible.

3.    ENHANCE*:  A stager visits a Seller's property and stages using Seller's existing furniture, art, accessories, plus we loan additional decorative props and/or furniture that completes that overall appeal.

4.    FURNISH*: Complete furnishing, accessorizing and staging of a Seller's (personally owned) vacant "used"   property.

5.    MODEL*: Planning, designing, furnishing, accessorizing and staging a builder/developer's spec or model property.

FEES: FREE CONSULTS for vacant new construction. STAGING CONSULT SERVICES for occupied homes starting at $125. Hourly staging labor fees starting at $65 per hour. Complete Room rental packages starting at $3.50 per day.
